Same frameworks as 1:1, with people walking the same road. Live group sessions, peer accountability, and a structured 10-week arc. The next cohort starts this fall. Waitlist open.
1:1 isn't the only way through. For some people, the work goes faster — and lasts longer — when you're not the only one in the room. Steady Hands is the same toolkit I use in 1:1, taught and practiced together.
Weekly live cohort sessions on a structured arc — not a free-form support group. We're moving forward together.
Pattern tracking, weekly plans, forward motion without "moving on." Adapted for group format.
No anonymous lurking. Cohort kept small on purpose so everyone is seen and everyone shows up.
The same toolkit at a fraction of 1:1 pricing. Built for people who want serious work without premium pricing.
Grief lives in the body. Forward motion isn't only mental — sometimes you have to bring the nervous system along. A few weeks of Steady Hands include somatic sessions led by Asami Hakim, a trauma-informed yoga guide whose work I trust.
Asami is a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher and somatic healing guide based in NYC, originally from Japan. Before this work, she supported refugee children in crisis zones with UNICEF. Her training spans 400+ hours across yoga teacher training, somatic healing, trauma-informed yoga, and meditation — with ongoing study in polyvagal theory and nervous system regulation.
What I trust about her work: she meets people where they are. No performance, no pressure. Gentle movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation — not pushing through.
She'll lead a handful of our 10 weeks. Body and mind, both, on purpose.
The next cohort starts this fall. Cohorts run a few times a year, and waitlist members hear first when seats open. Drop your email and I'll be in touch.
Cohorts only run a few times a year. If you don't want to wait, 1:1 has open spots and starts the moment we confirm fit.
